Wedding Coordination:
 Our
outstanding expertise in wedding coordination comes from years
of living in the same place and having intimate knowledge of
each and every location that we offer. This experience allows
us to match the location, the bride and groom, and the wedding
they've dreamed of. We bring together these unique places, people,
and dreams into a very special day that will be remembered for
a lifetime.
I have had more than 35 years of experience
coordinating weddings here in Hawaii and lived for many years
in the proverbial little grass shack in Kealakekua Bay (where
the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a goes swimming by), made famous by
Elvis Presley.
We Take Care Of Every
Detail -
The very first thing we do when we book
a wedding is to send you a detailed list of what the wedding
will consist of, what the total cost is, and how payment can
be made. We also send you a link to a website where you can download
an application for your marriage license, so everything is ready
when you arrive.
The Places -
While we're in the process of updating our web site's "Wedding Locations" page, we can send you photos of several of the best
wedding sites on Maui. Each offering its unique
style of south pacific atmosphere. We also make the appointment
for you at the governors office to get your license.
The Ceremony -
We work with you to find out if you have
anything you would like to add to the existing ceremony. Our
vows are non-denominational but have true spiritual meaning.
We can add anything you would like to the ceremony and can tailor
the length of the ceremony to whatever length you would like.
Along with our weddings we constantly do vow renewals and have
done 5 year, 10 year, and 15 year renewals.

We will do everything in our power to make
your wedding day perfect, in every sense of the word.
Wedding coordination takes dedication.
It requires patience, timing, understanding, and a true love
of life, to make each of our varied clients happy. I can truly
say that one of the biggest thrills of my life was performing
a wedding for the daughter of a woman whose wedding I performed
almost thirty years ago.
We limit ourselves to doing only one wedding
per day, and only three weddings per week. We treat each wedding
as the special event it is and we treat you as Ohana (family)
from the time you get off the plane until we say our farewell
alohas and you leave the island as husband and wife.

Sunset Wedding's Photographers use only the latest professional
equipment. We use Nikon 35mm camera's and lenses, Medium Format
cameras and lenses (larger negative if you are going to make
big enlargments), or Hi Resolution Digital for our slide shows
and put on disc,our digitals are capable of making a photo 60"
x 48" with absolute clarity-- or a combination of the three
types of cameras.
